Shipping Policy

We partner with Printify to produce and ship your custom-made items. Below you’ll find details about our fulfillment, shipping times, and delivery expectations.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All of our products are print-on-demand (POD) and made especially for you once your order is placed.

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days
    (This includes time for order verification, printing, and quality checks before shipping.)

  • Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the print provider used by Printify.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International Orders: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.


3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order leaves the fulfillment center.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, product type, and quantity.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once it’s received back — but additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at beautifulleecovered@myyahoo.com.
We’ll work with Printify and the carrier to investigate and determine next steps.

Please note: once an order has shipped, carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues.


7. International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to most countries. International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country

These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.


8. Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on which Printify print partners produce them.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
