Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BeautifulLee Covered!
Each product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because all of our products are custom-made print-on-demand (POD) items, we do not keep inventory or resell returned products.

Please review our policy below carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Since every item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors

Please check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at beautifulleecovered@myyahoo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner, Printify, to provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


3. Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame, contact us so we can help track it.
If the package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with Printify or the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly once placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at beautifulleecovered@myyahoo.com — but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Return Shipping

In cases where a return is authorized (for defective or incorrect items), we’ll provide instructions for the return.
Do not send items back to the return address on the package unless instructed; as our print providers use multiple locations.

Exception:

  • Custom Products: As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than a mistake in production, defects, or shipping issues.

  • Printify’s Policy: Please note that Printify’s policies govern all refunds and returns for products produced through their platform, so any disputes related to production errors will be handled by Printify directly.
